Erneut wurde die Hansestadt Hamburg vom 08. bis 12. März 2024 zum Schauplatz der INTERNORGA – der internationalen Leitmesse für den gesamten Außer-Haus-Markt. Diese Messe war ein absolutes Highlight für die Branchen Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Bäckereien und Konditoreien. Als internationale Leitmesse lockte sie zahlreiche Besucher aus aller Welt an und bot eine Plattform für Innovation, Inspiration und Austausch. Daher werfen wir einen genaueren Blick auf die Highlights und Trends der diesjährigen Messe.

Die INTERNORGA 2024 war wieder ein Beweis für Hamburgs Rolle als führender Veranstaltungsort für die Gastronomie- und Hotelleriebranche. Mit über 1.200 Ausstellern aus knapp 30 Ländern war die Messe eine beeindruckende Plattform für globale Unternehmen, um ihre neuesten Produkte und Lösungen zu präsentieren. Die rund 80.000 Besucher zeigten das hohe Interesse und die Relevanz der INTERNORGA für das Gastgewerbe und den Einzelhandel.

Immer mehr Unternehmen setzen auf umweltfreundliche Produkte und Lösungen, um ihren ökologischen Fußabdruck zu reduzieren. Von nachhaltigen Verpackungslösungen bis hin zu ressourcenschonenden Produktionsmethoden – die Messe zeigte, dass Nachhaltigkeit in der Gastronomie und Hotellerie einen immer größeren Stellenwert einnimmt.

The atmosphere was characterized by a spirit of optimism and the desire for new solutions. Both trade visitors and suppliers showed great interest in breaking new ground and entering into collaborations. A dominant theme in this industry is the lack of personnel and the search for solutions to counter this problem. Innovative and digital solutions are needed to work more efficiently and improve service. The focus was therefore on automated sales solutions, particularly vending machines and self-checkout solutions. Digitized ordering and sales processes in vogue
Kurz gesagt, im Zeitalter der digitalen Technologie suchen Kunden nach bequemen und effizienten Möglichkeiten, Produkte zu bestellen und zu bezahlen. Aus diesem Grund präsentierten wir gemeinsam mit unserem Partner Stüwer eine Gesamtlösung zur Digitalisierung von Bestell- und Verkaufsprozessen.
Mit der sizzly Ordering App können Artikel schnell und einfach über das Smartphone des Kunden vorbestellt oder direkt vor Ort gekauft und digital bezahlt werden. Anschließend gibt der Stüwer Vending Automat die vorbestellten Artikel bzw. die eben gekauften Artikel nacheinander aus. Das heißt, die Steuerung des Automaten erfolgt direkt über das Smartphone des Kunden – ohne zusätzliche Interaktion am Automaten selbst!
