Digital menus, pre-ordering & payment via smartphone as well as real-time data synchronization with your systems enable planning optimization, surplus reduction & acceleration of sales processes.
ORDERING APP:
The app for end users such as employees, pupils, students etc. to view the product ranges in the stores. Items are (pre-)ordered and paid for. Orders, invoices and the return of reusable packaging are managed there by the users.
CATERING APP:
The app for caterers and service staff to manage stores, vending machines, product range, menus and orders. This is where access to evaluations, the POS system and other integrations takes place. Orders are also placed and completed.
BACKOFFICE APP:
The app for HR departments, secretariats and school administrators for data reports and independent management of users, orders, transactions, credits & grants.
Different modes, whether without registration or registration with a user account - there is the right model for every application.
Both for goods offered by the contract caterer and items created by the company itself. The range can be supplemented by third-party suppliers, such as bakeries or conference caterers. Spontaneous purchases are of course also possible.
Existing NFC chips such as employee/student ID cards can be integrated into sizzly . New NFC chips can also be provided via sizzly . These can be used to collect orders and to pay for impulse purchases.

Payments can be made with previously deposited credit, via real-time payment (online or directly at the POS) or on account or payroll deduction. Dedicated cost center accounts for internal settlements can also be set up.

If a credit system is used, employees/students/parents first top up the credit via their account in the sizzly Ordering app, which can be done with any internet-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.). Various digital payment methods are available for this. The credit is available immediately after topping up.
The current menu is displayed in the sizzly Ordering App, including all information on allergens, ingredients, etc. There is a clear weekly view for group/collective orderers. The desired items can be pre-ordered digitally within the deadlines for the coming days with just a few clicks.
After presenting an NFC employee/student ID card or the order QR code on the smartphone at the card reader, the pre-ordered items are displayed in the sizzly Catering app at the serving counter & can be served appropriately. Once all ordered items have been issued, the order is completed.
Für die Bezahlung von Vorbestellungen sowie Spontankäufe am POS stehen verschiedene Payment-Optionen zur Verfügung: Echtzeit-Payment, Guthabensystem oder Rechnungskauf bzw. Lohnabrechnung. Und das Beste daran: die Zahlungsmethode kann pro User/Usergruppe unterschiedlich festgelegt werden.
A receipt is generated & TSE-signed for all transactions in the cloud cash register. Users can retrieve their receipts digitally at any time via their account in the sizzly Ordering app. Paper printing is no longer necessary, but receipt printers can still be provided on request.
All employees/students, transactions and receipts can be managed, displayed and evaluated via the sizzly Backoffice app. The overall evaluations and cash balances are also provided via this app. Individual integrations to downstream accounting programs (SAP, DATEV, etc.) are possible on request.
