ordering app:

The web-based app for guests to open the digital, multilingual food/drink menu. Items are (pre-)ordered here and paid for directly online. Self-checkout at the table is also possible via this app.

GASTRO APP:

The app for restaurateurs and service staff to manage items, capacities, and orders. Restaurant information, opening hours, and closing days are stored here, and access to evaluations is possible. In addition, orders are placed and completed after items are issued.

Operating principle for your guests

Step by step:

1. Order

Guests scan a QR code at their table with their smartphone and open the digital food/beverage menu in the web-based sizzly ordering app. The items are clearly displayed, including all information on allergens, ingredients, etc. The menu is available in several languages on request. Desired items are simply added to the shopping cart one by one.

2. Payment

Guests can use digital payment methods to complete their orders, such as credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and many more. Upon request, receipts can be automatically sent to the guest's email address.

For in-house orders, the table number is automatically transmitted, and for takeaway orders, the guest selects a pickup time.

After payment, orders are sent directly to the kitchen or counter.

3. Receipt/collection of the order

Once the food/drinks have been prepared, the order is completed and brought to the table.

With self-service concepts, guests receive an SMS notification as soon as their order is ready for collection. 

By scanning the pickup QR code at self-service and takeaway, the order is verified and completed.
