These conditions of participation refer to the competition of:

Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. The competition is in no way connected to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and is in no way sponsored, organized or supported by Meta.
The duration of the competition is from August 4, 2023 12 noon to August 18, 2023 12 no on. During this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.
This competition will take place on Facebook and Instagram at the same time.
Participation takes place via...
- following the sizzly account on Facebook OR Instagram
- Liking the sizzly competition post on Facebook OR Instagram
- answering the competition question in a comment under the competition post on Facebook OR Instagram
and agreement to these conditions of participation. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted registration per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizer as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
The competition includes 2×2 tickets:
- 2 day tickets for the Flammende Sterne Festival in Ostfildern for the festival day Friday, 25.08.2023 (worth € 21.50 per ticket, total value = € 43)

The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all participants.

If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly, in this case by following, liking and correctly answering the competition question in the comments, will be entered into the prize draw.
The winners will be informed promptly via a private message (direct message) on Facebook or Instagram. Each winner must reply to the above-mentioned private message within 3 days, stating their first name, surname and an e-mail address, the latter being necessary for delivery of the prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred to other participants by the organizer.
The prize will be delivered by e-mail exclusively to the winner or the winner's legal representative. Any costs incurred for sending the prize will be borne by the organizer. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash.
The costs associated with claiming the prize (travel etc.) shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes on the prize.
Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. The participant assures that the personal details provided, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, are true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on their social media platforms.
All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition.
Participants are entitled to the statutory rights to information, amendment and revocation. The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer given in the imprint area or by e-mail to info@sizzly.de. Once consent has been withdrawn, the participant's personal data that has been collected and stored will be deleted immediately.
Claims due to possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors must be asserted exclusively against them.
The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor and the resulting consequences for the implementation of the competition.

The organizer's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
